Your file gets sliced, queued, and printed, then inspected by hand for adhesion, strength, and finish before it's approved to ship.

What “3D printing” actually means
3D printing, or additive manufacturing, builds objects by adding material layer by layer from a digital model. It starts with a 3D file — from CAD software or a 3D scan — that gets sliced into thin horizontal layers the printer can follow.
Different technologies build those layers differently. We primarily print with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM): a thermoplastic filament is heated and extruded through a moving nozzle, tracing each layer until the part is complete. Other methods exist — SLA cures liquid resin with a UV laser, SLS fuses powdered material, DLP projects and cures an entire layer at once — but FDM's balance of strength, cost, and material variety is what makes it the right fit for most custom orders.
What happens once the print finishes
Clean-up
Supports removed, stray strings trimmed, edges checked — every part gets tidied before inspection.
Quality check
We check layer adhesion, dimensional accuracy, and finish against what the model was meant to look like.
Careful packing
Parts are packed to survive shipping, not just look good sitting on a shelf.
